Doctors are to stand against prominent coalition MPs, including Nick Clegg and Andrew Lansley, at the next general election as part of a protest about the planned NHS reforms.
A group of more than 240 doctors, including 30 professors, revealed their plan to field 50 candidates because of their fury about the controversial Health and Social Care Bill.
